As a Board Certified Surgeon, and the region's only Fellowship trained Surgical Oncologist, Dr. Cuenca's goal is to provide patients with comprehensive Surgical Oncology expertise, technologies, and treatments in the surveillance and surgical treatment of benign and malignant breast conditions, skin, Thyroid and Parathyroid endocrine tumors, and lymph malignancies.

Dr. Cuenca provides care to patients in Mt. Pleasant, Paris, Texarkana, Sulphur Springs, Mt. Vernon, Pittsburg, Gilmer, New Boston, Clarksville, Bogota, Naples, Omaha and surrounding communities.


Rosa Elena Cuenca, M.D., FACS

Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery, and is currently the Vice President of the North Texas Chapter of the American College of Surgeons, and is the only Fellowship trained Surgical Oncologist in NE Texas. She dedicates her practice to the care of Breast Cancer, as well as benign diseases of the breast, performing both Stereotactic and Ultrasound and MRI guided breast biopsies.More Info:
